I particularly enjoyed the example wireframes. Using callouts in a wireframe for your engineers describing how to implement a particular feature is a great idea.
I am going to use your idea suggestion for what to do when someone requests a feature you think is a bad idea, such as sound that plays when the page loads. For anyone reading this who wasn't at the presentation, Gregory suggested asking the person to provide examples of sites that have such a feature, then putting random users in front of those sites and asking them to provide general feedback about what their experience with them.
